As followers of Christ, we are strangers in a strange land. The heroes of our faith pursued God with vigor and consistency because they had a hope for a future reward—a home they knew but never possessed, a desire to dwell in the place God has prepared. Do we share this same sense that this place is not our home? Do we hunger and thirst for righteousness? Our calling is ahead, not behind.
