As we continue our chronological journey, we meet Solomon standing in the completed temple, asking, "Will God really dwell on earth?" He recognizes that nothing we might construct can contain God. In this story, we are reminded that we have a God who wants to dwell with us, and the story of Scripture is a love story of God moving toward His people from the beginning. Because God draws near to His people, we can dwell with Him and become the people He is forming us to be.
