As we meet the Israelites in Deut. 30:11-20, they are at the precipice of a generational transition. Moses offers a "farewell speech" to remind them who they are, where they came from, who God is, what God has done, and what God has commanded them to do to have life in the Promised Land. They are faced with a choice. Because God graciously sets before His people a clear way of life, we are invited today to respond with faithful love. We are invited to choose life.
