Registration Forms and Fees

We are currently accepting applications for our 2008-2009 school year.  Our program is designed for those children not enrolled in Kindergarten.  New Day Christian Preschool is open to any child who will be three or four years old by December 1st, or five years of age, but not yet ready to attend Kindergarten.  It is required that your child be toilet trained.  In compliance with New York State Law, it is necessary that each child have a physical examination by a qualified physician and have had all inoculations prior to entering school.  Appropriate forms will be sent with your registration confirmation.  Our enrollment form is available to be downloaded.  See Forms below.

Tuition and Fees

There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee due with the registration form.

Details on payment of tuition will be sent with your registration confirmation.  All payments must be mailed directly to the church.

Early Registration

Children of current preschool and Park Ridge Free Methodist Church families will have priority over new students if they register by January 31.

Withdrawal

Students withdrawing will receive partial refund of tuition paid if two weeks' notice is given to the administrator in writing.  The registration fee is nonrefundable.
